Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings in the left navigation
  2. Select Subscription
  3. Select Upgrade plan
  4. Choose the plan you want to move to
  5. Enter your payment details (if not already on file)
  6. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will have access to the new plan’s features straight away.

If you upgrade before 1 July 2026, your card is collected but you are not charged until 1 July. From that date, billing starts at your selected plan’s monthly or annual rate.

How to downgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Select Change plan
  3. Choose a lower tier
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — not immediately. You keep your current plan’s features until then.

If you downgrade to Foundation (the free tier), your data is retained but access is restricted to Foundation limits (5 clients). Records remain accessible and searchable.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Select Cancel subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

What happens to your data after cancellation

Your account data — client records, screening results, program documents, and reports — is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends. During this time you can log in and export your data.

After 90 days, data is permanently deleted in line with our privacy policy.

AUSTRAC requires you to retain AML/CTF records for 7 years. Before cancelling, export your records using the data export function (Settings → Data export) so you have copies for your own retention.

How to reactivate

If your account is within the 90-day retention window, log in and go to Settings → Subscription → Reactivate. Choose a plan and enter payment details to restore full access.

If 90 days have passed and your data has been deleted, you will need to start a new account from scratch.
